The Sports Council is accepting nominations for the 2006 Sports Awards. You can download a .pdf form, complete and send to the Sports Council Office, or an on-line submission form has been provided below.

Category criteria are provided on the nomination forms. Completed nominations will be accepted until Friday January 26, 2007. Please contact the Sports Council if you require further information.

Awards will be presented on Thursday June 7th, 2007 at the 33rd Annual Sports Awards Dinner.
